Trailhead Media Acquires Northeast Alabama Footprint from New South Outdoor

Chattanooga, TN – New South Outdoor announced today their divestiture of 22 digital and 64 analog Out-of-Home advertising displays throughout northeast Alabama to Trailhead Media. The assets were located in five counties: Calhoun, Cherokee, DeKalb, Etowah, and Marshall. Drachman M&A Co. represented New South Outdoor in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Our assets in northeast Alabama fit their portfolio hand-in-glove, and we are excited to watch them continue to build on the growth they have achieved in recent years. We are going to shift our focus to our strong position in Huntsville, AL and throughout Tennessee,” stated Neil Bell, President and CEO of New South Outdoor.
