Trailhead Acquires OOH Assets in Spartanburg, SC from Headrick Outdoor

Tucson, AZ – Drachman M&A Co. announced today the divestiture of Headrick Outdoor Media of the Carolinas, Inc.’s assets in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Trailhead Media, LLC.  The sale included 34 analog Outdoor Advertising faces throughout the market.  Drachman M&A Co. represented Headrick Outdoor Media of the Carolinas, Inc. in the transaction.   Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
