Media Mpact Acquires Ace Outdoor in Shreveport, Louisiana

Shreveport, LA – Media Mpact announced today their acquisition of Outdoor Advertising Assets in Shreveport, Louisiana from Ace Outdoor (“ACE”). Drachman M&A Co. represented ACE in the transaction. Chris Rothfelder of Rothfelder Falick L.L.P. provided legal representation to ACE. The transaction includes eight digital displays along with static coverage of the market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Media Mpact founder Amber Patton also expressed her excitement for the acquisition.
