Lindmark Acquires Sun Vista Outdoor Advertising in New Mexico

Albuquerque, NM – Lindmark announced today their acquisition of Outdoor Advertising Assets across New Mexico from Sun Vista Outdoor Advertising (“SVO”). Drachman M&A Co. represented SVO in the transaction. SVO is the fifth largest OOH company in New Mexico and the transaction includes 159 displays along I-25 and I-40. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Financing for Lindmark was provided by Alerus.

We have seen Lindmark’s growth over the last ten years, and it was great to work with them on this transaction,” said SVO owner, David Raybould.

Lindmark founder, Trent Lindmark, mentioned the deal being an excellent fit with their growth plans in the state.
