Mr. Drachman has represented family businesses, publicly traded companies, platform launches, and several high-profile divestitures. Past deals range from highly complex divestitures of stock in C-Corporations to more straightforward asset deals. Mr. Drachman has personally closed over $1,500,000,000 in transactions. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, Mr. Drachman was Vice President of Kalil & Co., Inc. from January 2009 through June 2021.
