Lamar Acquires Standard Outdoor

Tucson, AZ – Drachman M&A Co. announced today the divestiture of Standard Outdoor’s assets in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina to Lamar Advertising Company (NASDAQ: LAMR).  The sale included 391 analog and digital Outdoor Advertising faces across the southeastern United States.  Drachman M&A Co. represented Standard Outdoor in the transaction.   Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
